Vs Last Week Sales Formula

Hi all,

 

I am creating a sales report for my works stores, however i am stuck on a VS last week formaula. I can do a vs the whole of the week previous e.g £10,000 last week and £5,000 this week = -50%

 

The part im stuck on is how do i compare vs the same days so if were on a Thursday how do i compare up to Thursday the week previous rather than comparing against a full week each day?

 

Please if someone could help this would be amazing!

    Hi Stevenfeasey ,

     

    I tried a solution with some nested IFs. It is probably not the best way to solve it, but I think that it can help with your case. I'm sending you a file simulating it on Sheet2 (there is also a sheet simulating the previous week).

      rzanetithanks for this, although i am getting a FALSE error when trying to recreate this. Id i send a copy of the file would this be easier for you to have a look at?
