Vlookup or any better function

Does this do what you want?
=LET(t, IFERROR(LOOKUP(A2, '2'!A:A), ""), IF(COUNTIF(B$1:B1, t), "", t))
So , Sorry, seems I am day sleeping :( .. I corrected the 1st sample( 2nd sample shared was correct), so this is what I needed
Yes, the formula I posted returns that.
Thanks a lot HansVogelaar​ , it works .. may I also request for any conventional formula too( without using LET and Lambda).
