Vlookup for multiple values

Hello all, first time posting on the Excel tech community - and I've found some great posts on Vlookup for multiple values from the same reference data.  What I'm doing is looking at a list of Virtual Machines and trying to populate the right of each VM row with Disk size info from another chart.
