It's always good to share/post an example of the formula you use as whatever stock symbol I used I didn't get the 25th in December 2023. That said, I don't think you tell STOCKHISTORY not to pull specific dates. However, FILTERing the returned array to exclude 1 or more dates is doable of course
If you need help with this please share the formula you use and which date(s) you want to filter out
