Update Excel Formula
Hi, Please assist in updating the formula as explained in the attached file. My request is to update the INDEX formula to check other criteria.
Here is a solution using array formulas; it should work in all versions of Excel. The helper columns aren't needed.
If you have Microsoft 365 or Office 2021, the formulas could be simplified using the new FILTER function.

I am trying to update the array formula to include another remark as explained in the attached sheet. I am not able to get it right. Please help.
