This is the idea:
=XLOOKUP([@FTE]&[@[Shift Length]]&[@[Wrkd/RegSchd Holiday?]],Table8[FTE]&Table8[Shift]&Table8[Wrkd/Schd?],Table8[HH Adj],"Not found")
