Unlicensed product Excel

Hi

I have a problem with Excel. I cannot do any activities with the previous files that is saved in my computer. I see Excel (Unlicensed product) on the top. I do not know what to do. Please help me out !!

    You have to license the product to be able to use your files.

      I've had Office 365 (purchased copy) for the last eighteen months but am now seeing "unlicensed copy" at the top of my Excel. Why and what should I do about it?

        Hi Susanne,

         

        I had same issue once. Have no idea what was the reason, just uninstalled Office, deactivated that PC installation on O365 portal and installed again from the portal - that helped.

         

        Assuming what portal shows you have valid license and not exceeded number of installations.
