Unable to use most of the important functions in the MS Excel

Do you use comma as decimal separator? If so, you should use semicolon between the arguments of a function:

 

=IF(D6=100; "yes"; "no")

I have tried many times and also i reached to the customer care of Microsoft they also were unable to fix this issue please anyone who can solve this issue mention the solution
