unable to see namebox and formula bar text is showing as windings characters.

   I believe add-ins and or VBA has something to do with it. I can hover and click to se text as 1 method to reveal the text. I can copy and paste and enter fx snapin is not effected. safe mode it is gone but so is my main add-in for feet and inches calculations. programs save and open unaffected on other pc's even the effected pc is unaffected logging in under a different user. running office 2013. it's exactly like when you enter a password and asterisk pop up but its for sure windings font which I believe is more insulting than an asterisk. also did the repair/modify in the uninstall program as administrator 1 modify and one repair is ineffective.
