unable to get same result while copying formula to rest of the cell
Hi Team , Please Help as while copying this formula in different cells i am getting same result i.e. for " abhishek Mishra" for reference see the below photo

May be because of 'Manual' calculation you are getting same data.
Please check below and ensure that calculation option is selected as 'Automatic'.
File --> Options --> Formula --> Calculation options --> Automatic.

hi @tauqeer it's already set to automatic
It's the same formula with copy/pasting, thus same result
- i need to apply it on below cells , could you please help me how to do so ?
