Question

I would like my spread sheet to change the color of the total according to whether or not it is equal to, greater than or less than.

I have a column I would like the color of the numbers to change according to the above.

example if actual price is =, <,> the actual price paid. I would like the numbers color to change accordingly. The actual price varies throughout the day as they are stock prices.

would also like to know how to change the color in a column as in positive and negative without it rearranging the existing entries.

excel 365, 2020 updated, laptop

SergeiBaklan&nbsp;&nbsp;thanks, no I have not tried that as I was hoping to do print color change not highlight the cell.&nbsp;if all else fails i will try highlights.
