Formatted your data as Table (recommended) named Table1 and added a couple of dummy info:
in O7 Total of Subscriptions for current months:
=SUMIFS(Table1[Amount],
Table1[Description], M7,
Table1[Date],">=" & E3,
Table1[Date],"<" & EDATE($E$3,1)
)
