Trying to sort and filter with Excel to reproduce data in one sheet while ignoring blank rows

I am trying to make an excel sheet where I can input large amounts of data and reproduce only data with positive units in another sheet. Every formula I try reproduces the data without ignoring blank rows. I wish to ignore blank rows so that the output is only rows with data.
