Trying to make data input from another sheet
Without seeing the layout of your data, it's not possible to answer your questions with any degree of specificity. One thing you don't mention having tried that could work--again, depending on how your data are arrayed--is the FILTER function. It is new and requires the most recent version of Excel, but if you have that, it could be just what you need. Here's a video that explains it well. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9I9DtFOVPIg
That said, if you could attach some images of your data--just making sure that no real names or other identifiable data are included--that could help. Ideally, an actual copy of your spreadsheet (taking care again to render it anonymous), which could be posted on OneDrive or in GoogleDrive...and give us a link. Make sure it's not "read only"....

So I want the data in the master tab that says true to be pulled and placed in the dashboard tab where the corresponding white boxes are. I only need the login and the three rates. Everything else will be manually input. If there is also a way to not clear out the data in the first image without making a new sheet that would be good too, but I have a feeling I will need to make a new sheet for each week. OK, I got access. But I'm sorry to say that there is far too much going on there for me to try to sift through. Also, nothing was showing as TRUE in the Master tab, so there wouldn't be anything to test. It's also a macro-enabled file, and I'm not a person who works with macros and not sure what you're trying to do in the bigger picture.
My sense from having looked at it still is that the FILTER function might well achieve what you want. Did you look at the video I linked to before? Did you try FILTER out? It does need the most current version of Excel, but for something like your workbook, given how extensive it is, I would think your organization would benefit from upgrading if you haven't already.
