Trouble inserting rows
I am receiving an error message while right clicking and attempting to insert rows above and below. The error message reads, "This operation is not allowed. The operation is attempting to shift cels in a table on your worksheet." No other users are currently signed onto the worksheet. How can I resolve this?

- Please try below as workarounds: - 1. Insert rows inside the table
o Right click a row within the table → Insert → Table Rows Above/Below.
o This keeps the new row part of the table and avoids the error.
 2. Insert rows outside the table
o If you want a row above or below the table (not part of it), first select the entire row in the worksheet (click the row number on the left), then right click → Insert.
o This inserts a row outside the table boundary.
 3. Resize the table
o Select the table → Table Design → Resize Table.
o Shrink the table range so it doesn’t cover the rows where you want to insert.
 o Then insert rows normally.
 4. Convert the table back to a range
o Select anywhere in the table → Table Design → Convert to Range.
o Once it’s a normal range, you can insert rows anywhere without restriction.
o Downside: you lose table features like auto filtering and structured references.
