Trouble inserting rows
Please try below as workarounds:
1. Insert rows inside the table
o Right click a row within the table → Insert → Table Rows Above/Below.
o This keeps the new row part of the table and avoids the error.
2. Insert rows outside the table
o If you want a row above or below the table (not part of it), first select the entire row in the worksheet (click the row number on the left), then right click → Insert.
o This inserts a row outside the table boundary.
3. Resize the table
o Select the table → Table Design → Resize Table.
o Shrink the table range so it doesn’t cover the rows where you want to insert.
o Then insert rows normally.
4. Convert the table back to a range
o Select anywhere in the table → Table Design → Convert to Range.
o Once it’s a normal range, you can insert rows anywhere without restriction.
o Downside: you lose table features like auto filtering and structured references.
