the right way to correct the auto serial numbering in excel

hi,

how to repair the cell contains auto serial numbering after it's changed or something went wrong and back to the right path of the previous digit

      I have this serial number" JHD-CCTV-WST-0000" stop generating new sequential number for each added digit...as normal this must generate new for new digit..I think the formula no more working properly..what should i do to figure out this error and solve this issue

        Double-click the fill handle in the lower right corner of the first serial number. Result:
