Textbefore / after dillimeter with ranges

https://1drv.ms/x/s!AnFi6uGE1rekjVt42Cb32I5_DuCO?e=PtUXQQ   I cant seem to get this to work. See work book that textbefore after doesnt allow ranges in the dillimeter. anyone get that to work?

    LAMBDA(string,delim, TEXTAFTER(string,delim))
)

    THANK YOU! i am reading more into map and lambda. can i substitute A1:A4 for A1#? i tried but not working
