Text to column
I am having some data which is not arranged in the format which I want, in order to change it in to the format I was trying to change it to text to column. But unfortunately it is not giving the data...
Select the second column.
On the Data tab of the ribbon, click Text to Columns.
Select Delimited, then click Next.
Tick the Other check box, click in the box next to it and press Ctrl+J
Ctrl+J is the line break character.
Click Finish.
Select the second column.
