Text to Column (changing delimiters)

I have a long string seperated (delimited) by tabs;  but there are also commas and colons in it (that are NOT delimiters).

When I use my version of Excel I can change the delimiters to make it work; but my son uses a different version of Excel (cloud based?) and tells me there is no data button and no "text to column" box to change delimiters.   He used Control+Shift+V do parse the data cells.

Is there a way to access the delimiter box on the cloud based version?   (I recall from years ago one could put the "Data" tab on the options (as it was not there by default).
