Text String Comparison for Percentages

Could someone please assist with how I could compare two text strings to return a similarity score or a percentage in excel? Let's say cell A1 contains the text string “Computer” whereas cell B1 contains “Computer accessory”. I want a function that will return a percentage of say 75% in cell C1 when the two strings are compared. Thank you for the assistance!!!
