I am attaching a txt file ( dump file/source) from where I need to get the data like in the below format:-
Any PQ, or legacy formulas would be of great help! in my excel REGEX not available.

With Power Query it gives
but I'm not sure I understood the logic correctly. Source is the stream of text lines without proper start and end.
Query itself definitely could be optimised.

seems txt file is not allowed .. even after zip :(

the text file wouldn't open......can you attach it in addition to the xlsx file?
