Template not working on Excel 365 on Mac

The information in this template will not update as expected, and attempting to update some information gives a 'This PivotTable connects to an external data source that's not supported in this version of Excel' error.
My Excel is fully updated (16.42), as well as the OS on my Mac.
Is there anything I can modify to get this template to work on my Mac? Trying to open it through my Mac browser also gives an error.

sofiamatsson On a Mac myself. Downloaded the template and got the same message. It's because Excel for Mac does not support Data Model. Its part of the more advanced features like Power Query and Power Pivot. Not available for Mac users I'm afraid.
Create the pivot table yourself and get rid of the one created on the template. See attached file Sheet1.
