Synchronize comments between two different excel

Hey, 

Maybe someone will know a solution to my problem. 

We have two excel files, that sync data between one other. 

I was wondering if there is some kind of solution to sync also comments/notes between one another? 

I have read a lot and did not find any solution for comments/notes to be automatically transferred and up to date between different excels.
