sumif or sumifs or sumproduct help

Hi All 

i work in global payroll - i have a spread sheet consisting of 

Currency ie (usd), salary,bonus, commission, and a fx rate table  I need to add the bonus and commission together and * by the correct currency to get my variables in gbp. I have a lot of employees and currency's . what sum can i put in that will add up my variables and then find the correct fx rate and  calculate it.
