    =SUM(SUMIFS($D$2:$D$10,$C$2:$C$10,A13,$B$2:$B$10,{"123";"234"},$A$2:$A$10,"01.01.2023"))

    You can try this formula. Enter the formula with ctrl+shift+enter if you don't work with Office 365 or Excel 2021.
