SUMIF function with different columns

Hi, I'm trying to create a SUMIF function to add the sum of columns and I ONLY if column F = "deposit funds." I've tried =SUMIF(F3,"deposit funds",H3+I2), but it wont' work. I also tried SUMIFS with ...
