    =SUMIFS(H2:H11261, B2:B11261, ">=6", B2:B11261, "<=10")

=SUMPRODUCT((B2:B11261>=6)*(B2:B11261<=10)*H2:H11261)

An alternative could be SUMPRODUCT.
