Assuming Excel 2021 or 365, in Q2:

=LET(
    NoZero,    FILTER(B2:O2,B2:O2<>0),
    LastValue, INDEX(NoZero,,COLUMNS(NoZero)),
    IF(LastValue <> P2, LastValue, P2)
)
