StockHistory Issue #Connect! Error

Also I am running Office 365 on a Mac platform, the OS is up to date and so are all the apps.

Does anyone know if there is a premium data subscription for Office or Excel that can priorotise requests?

We are experiencing the same issue. We have spreadsheets that have worked for many years, but they have been unusable for over a week now.  I would pay for external data if that would fix it. If anyone can way in, please.

    I am sorry to hear that you are having similar issues. Mine resolved after 5 days of consistent errors in the data being imported, this seemed to only affect StockHistory.

     

    In my research I came across an add-in called Wisesheets that seems like a worthy replacement to StockHistory. I am thinking overtime I will investigate Wisesheets further and possibly transition away from StockHistory function.

     

    I have deep disappointment with the communication or lack of from Microsoft regarding the service status of the StockHistory function. While I am not a professional in the finance industry I still personally rely on this function.
