Stock Feature Is Not Working

Hey guys, I am not sure whether it is excel version problem, I have created an excel with the use of stock data feature. However, when I share this file to my friends, they are unable to use it as their excel do not have stock feature or it has? It appears to be #VALUE or #UNKNOWN as shown in the pictures below. 

 

Anyone knows what cause it to be and how to solve it in this case?

    Assuming it's the STOCKHISTORY function you're using, it's only available in certain versions of Excel.

      mathetes - Does anyone know how to fix this? It works on an old desktop that I have but not on my new Surface. I would expect more features, not less! If I need a different version of Excel, how do I manage that from O365?
