Stock Data Types Wont Refresh - Provides Erroneous Error Message
I have an Excel workbook I created a few months ago and this afternoon while I was away, the "stocks" data type refresh feature stopped refreshing. The error message I receive instructs me to sign in to an account associated with this product (Excel), but I am clearly signed in. To be sure, I sign out and sign back in. Hit 'refresh' and receive the same error message. MS tech support tried to make a manual repair during a chat session, but it still will not refresh. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.

Same Problem for me and started on India 11th july. It was working fine till my morning in india. No amount of login - logout or reboot worked. Hope MSFT fixes this problem from the backend soon.forbisher
- Still having the same problem.. I'm guessing that this is Microsoft/Bing's server side issue
As suggested in a comment above, have been using the online version of the file for the time being since refresh works over there. Waiting for this to be fixed. Spent many hours yesterday trying to search for a solution, tried log out, restart and so on. Then saw this thread and realized it's something common to all.
Same Problem. Started today - 11th July 2023 (Indian Standard time, UTC + 5.30 hrs), for me. I think it worked till yesterday.
Did all the obvious things to do - Log out/Log in, restart the computer, but its not worked. Hope MS fixes it soon.Still not refreshing on desktop version but the refresh is happening if working on online excel file
Had this exact same issue in November 2022 and the only remedy at that time was to revert to a previous version of the software. It is so frustrating that the same problem is now reappearing after it was supposedly "fixed"!
Still not working at 22:15 EDT. Seems to have been a problem for over 10 hours. Very annoying.
