SQL- Data populated in Query but return to Excel it doesn't, happen only to one user

Hi Everyone,

I am pulling Comments column data from Job_chg table, SQL to Excel. The column data are populated to everyone else but there is only one user is experiencing that he the Comments column data doesn't populate data when he hits refresh, instead the Comments column in excel become blank. The weird thing is only him has this problem. Please see pictures attached.
