Spread a number list into new lists as even as possible
I want to spread these 12 numbers as evenly as possible into 3, as shown in the picture. EDIT: The goal is to combine the 12 numbers in a way so the sum is as equal as possible in all 3 results....

just to understand you right: You want to list from these 12 numbers, number 1,4,7,10 into the yellow row 1? Or does the values related to the numbers matter aswell?
