Specific conditional formatting for each table?

I'm not very proficient in this type of stuff but the only things I can think of off the top of my head is just copying the whole table via click and drag from opposite corners to highlight the section you want to copy then pasting it where you want and editing if necessary, but I'm not sure if that will also copy the conditional formatting. Otherwise, just have all the tables lined up vertically and highlight all of column www then only need to change it once? I'm not sure if this helps at all but good luck!
