You've had 50 views and no replies. That's unusual; when it does happen it's usually because the description of the situation just raises more questions. In your case, it's difficult to envision what you're working with, why you're doing it the way you appear to be (why separate sheets for each week, for example?).
Is it possible for you to post a copy of the workbook, or a mockup of it, replacing all real names with the names of Disney or other movie characters. Post it on OneDrive or GoogleDrive with a link pasted here that grants access to it.
