Simplifying Excel Waterfall Scheduling

I created a waterfall graph that schedules production in my area. There are many reasons why we not make it at a certain time. Going in and changing it every time something changes gets difficult because I have to backtrack everything after. Is there a way that if production changes that I can easily go in and change it in here without having to change every single cell?
