SI function

Hi, 

I have 2 worksheet, the first one is a list on stock price at a specific time (stock price at the end of each month from the early 2000's till the end of 2015). In the other worksheet, I need a formula (I think it's SI) that will calculate every month that has a positive stock price growth during that time span (2000 to 2015). Any ideas how to make it work?
