Show Concurrent events on a graph
I have written code to import concurrent licence usage and the last stage I am struggling to do is show the usage during the day.
the data i have imported is:
| Out | In | Application | User |
| 16/08/2021 08:10 | 16/08/2021 13:17 | Application1 | user1@Win10PC1 |
| 16/08/2021 09:41 | 16/08/2021 14:36 | Application1 | user2@Win10PC2 |
| 16/08/2021 13:16 | 16/08/2021 23:41 | Application1 | user1@Win10PC1 |
| 16/08/2021 14:36 | 16/08/2021 16:04 | Application1 | user2@Win10PC2 |
| 16/08/2021 16:02 | 16/08/2021 19:08 | Application1 | user2@Win10PC2 |
| 17/08/2021 08:10 | 17/08/2021 16:28 | Application1 | user1@Win10PC1 |
| 17/08/2021 08:57 | 17/08/2021 12:58 | Application1 | user2@Win10PC2 |
| 17/08/2021 12:57 | 17/08/2021 16:40 | Application1 | user2@Win10PC2 |
| 17/08/2021 12:57 | 17/08/2021 16:40 | Application1 | user2@Win10PC2 |
| 17/08/2021 14:17 | 17/08/2021 16:33 | Application1 | user3@Win10PC3 |
I would like to be able to show how many users are consuming a licence per hour. is it better in a pivot table ? I was trying to following this post:
https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/all/trying-to-calculate-the-number-of-concurrent-user/a11b3153-7b29-45ba-b196-61afbbad94b0?adlt=strict
But because the link to the document is broken it is hard to reverse engineer the code in the cells to make something i can display.

Does the attached do what you want? (I assumed that the labels Out and In have been switched).

HansVogelaar thank you for replying I shall have a look over the weekend. Logged off PC now. The OUT and IN columns are correct. When the user fires up the application and uses a licence and in the log file it is marked as checked OUT.
