Hi Nino,
you can do it with a worksheet event. See attached file too. in this example the cells A4 and K4 react like a mirror.
Private Sub Worksheet_Change(ByVal Target As Range)
Application.EnableEvents = False
Select Case Target.Address(False, False)
Case "A4"
Range("K4").Value = Target.Value
Case "K4"
Range("A4").Value = Target.Value
End Select
Application.EnableEvents = True
End Sub
