Setting pivot table defaults
I have grown tired of having to configure pivot tables how I want them every time they are created. I was pleased to hear about a new(ish) feature that allows you to set the default for all pivots you create.
I followed this guide: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Set-PivotTable-default-layout-options-efd8569c-f07a-43c1-9db2-4f2912a0f94e
However, I do not have a data option in Excel options.
Also, reading another guide I looked in the advanced option here and there is still no button to edit defaults.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I am using the most up to date verison.
Thanks
Hi Euan,
This functionality was introduced in May this year for Office 365 subscribers in the build 8067.2115 (Current Channel).
It is unavailable if you are on another version and/or on build before (e.g. Deferred Channel)

According to this,

The latest Semi-Annual update Version 1705 (Build 8201.2193) says it includes the personalized default PivotTable layout. I just updated to this version but still do not have Data in File>Options.
Chris,
Data in Options was for a long while, what is added that
