Separate bars in stack column chart
I have data like:
| FY | Plan | Actual |
| FYTD17 | 50 | 75 |
| FYTD18 | 45 | 67 |
Now i want to separate the bars as shown in the attached image.
I have made the bar chart but not able to separate it.
Let me know how it can be done.

1. Create a stacked column chart.
2. Change chart typ for the Actual to a Line.
3. Format the line to have "no line" and change the marker to a "-" and enlarge it to the width of the Plan column.
4. Add data labels and format to your likings.

That's not clear what exactly you'd like to separate. Let take FYTD17. You have Plan (bar from 0 to 50) and Actual (bar from 0 to 75). You would like to show Actual only from 70 to 75. Why from 70, not from 60 or 65?
I want to separate Plan and actual.
I have attached an image , i want to do exactly the same.
NikolinoDE, I wan to make chart same as in the image attached.
- If I may recommend, why not make two bar charts with the respective data?
