Seating Chart

Hi,

I am trying to create a spreadsheet that returns 5 values based on a seating chart, the 5 names around a cell. This is for 5 different events so I would like it to search for the name within the chart and if it isn't there then leave blank and if it is then return the names. I have tried CONCAT, MATCH and VLOOKUP amongst other things however I don't have the expertise to successfully put together the formula, any help is appreciated.
