The formulas in rows 3, 5, 7, etc. on the December tab use 11 as month number. That should be 12 for December.
The two sheets for November work correctly as far as I can tell - what exactly is wrong according to you?
I would like import an .ics file to calendar software of Android smartphone or PC which provide rich views and alert function.
