schedule automatically filled in

Im working at a chemical lab, here we control different products for its quality. Each product has different specifications. So i was thinking, i have a list containing all possible incoming products with all the different analyses that has to be done for the product. I have the stockroom department filling in the products that needs to be analysed ( varying from one week to three months ahaid). So my question is, is it possible to automatically fill up the products that needs to be analysed for my crew in the schedule.

So that i dont have to do that by hand anymore.
