Scale Data
I have data that ranges from 4 to 481. I want to limit this data to min:5 to max:50 and scale the data between this max and min. How would I do this

your question is not clear. What do you mean with "scale the data between this max and min"? Post some samples of your original data, mock up what you would like to see as the result. Explain the logic that leads to the result.
