Rounding is not showing properly

ajmal_pottekattil_yoousuf You also have to take into account what the cell format is. If you enter the number 0.007 into a cell and leave the format as "General", Excel will display it as 0.007, regardless of how it is rounded. Change the number format to display 4 decimals to get 0.0070 displayed.

Also note that changing the # of displayed decimals may also affect rounding of the value shown in the cell (not of the value used for further calculations!)
