Thank you for the reply. Yes of course I will gladly show you my mockup.
On the first sheet you can see a forecast of the workload (hourly) for a 3 week period as well as some data. So we have to do with 23 available agents who will be working 5 days, will have 2 days off and a 5% of them will be on vacation (every week).
On the second sheet you can see shift codes (second table) which will have to be applied on the first table so that the work load can be covered.

Thanks for the file.
I'm not quite sure I am picking on how you want this so I might defer to some of the other experienced forum users for a comment who can hopefully provide better guidance than I.
SergeiBaklan, do you have any thoughts around this? Anyone else?
