required formula - FIFO method to use for getting inventory aging

I want to get the Inventory aging using the FIFO method. I have serval challenges. Please check the attached file for better clarification and requirement. 

I have a highlighted the cells in Aging and Transaction. 

I am using the Excel 365 E5
