Requesting Feature for Excel

I want to submit a feature request to Microsoft about allowing users to enlarge/resize the Evaluate Formula dialog box; however, I can't request a feature due to not having 'sufficient contribution.'

Could someone either tell me how to fix this problem, send a link to this request (if it has already been made by someone), or provide a work around (via vba coding, formulas, etc.)?
